Terms of Service

B*tches Who AI is operated by Sarah Pirie-Nally. This page covers the public site and existing protected member services. Questions can be sent to sarah@wonderandwander.com.

   The service

   B*tches Who AI is a live coaching community and practical AI member platform. The protected member service may include an AI maturity assessment, a personalised AI tool dashboard, usage and spend visualisation, Pip, member insights and playback, stack sharing, and practical member resources. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with reasonable notice.
2. 02

   Accounts and eligibility

   You must be at least 13, use a valid account for the protected member tools, provide accurate information, and keep your account secure. Membership can be purchased through Stripe without first creating a member-tools account.
3. 03

   Subscription plans and billing

   Current public options are Founding Annual at A$1,111.11 per year, for life while founding places last, and Standard Annual at A$2,997 inc GST per year. Team seats are A$2,997 inc GST per seat per year, with invoicing available and annual renewal. BWAI Black is invitation-only at A$2,000 AUD per month, limited to 10 members, with no public checkout. Stripe or another approved provider securely handles payments; B*tches Who AI does not store card details.
4. 04

   14-day money-back guarantee

   If you join B*tches Who AI on an annual membership (Founding Annual A$1,111.11 or Standard Annual A$2,997) and decide it's not for you, email sarah@wonderandwander.com within 14 days of your join date and we'll refund your membership fee in full. No questions asked. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your join date, and refunds are processed within up to 30 days of your request. Your access ends when the refund is processed.

   After day 14, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for a major failure.

   This guarantee applies to your first year of an annual membership only, not to renewals. BWAI Black and the AI Team Sprint have their own terms.

5. 05

   Acceptable use

   Do not use the service unlawfully, seek unauthorised access, scrape or redistribute service content, impersonate others, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or send spam. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
6. 06

   Your content

   You retain ownership of tools, notes, usage logs, and stack data you add. You grant a limited licence to store and process that content only to provide the service. Stack data is not used to train AI models.
7. 07

   Intellectual property

   B*tches Who AI content, design, code, branding, and Pip are owned by Sarah Pirie-Nally and protected by Australian and international intellectual-property laws.

   AI-generated content

   Pip recommendations, maturity assessments, and insights are informational only and are not professional advice. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific situation. Always exercise your own judgment.
9. 09

   Limitation of liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, B*tches Who AI and Sarah Pirie-Nally are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, revenue or business opportunity, or inaccuracies in AI output. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any consumer right to bring proceedings in another applicable jurisdiction.

    Changes and contact

    Significant changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. The current published terms were last updated in October 2026. Questions can be sent to sarah@wonderandwander.com.
